MISERY ON CAMPUS (SEASON 2, EPISODE 1-2)

EPISODE 1

Her mind racing through all that happened as she went home, Adanna wasn't home yet. 

She spoke to herself, "really how could he had survive this, he is  really strong, intelligent , brilliant and unique wow!" she exclaimed.

She got up from the kitchen to prepare lunch. she made rice and egg and waited for Adanna patiently.

An hour later there was a knock on the door, she went for it and Adanna came in smiling sheepishly. She said, "Hmmm.... big baby, where have you been?"  "Nothing really, no where actually though,I had a walk with Daniel.....mm hey don't think too far, it's just a walk, no strings attached" she responded.

" Hmm oh ok o" she laughed....

  "how did you and David go,wassup, what did he say......." Adanna had barely completed her statement ....when favour interrupted......"Hey!! Babe chill one Question at a time" .. ok we talked at length ..... Though... He spoke tenderly to me ,he told me about his bad ordeal and how it has affected him, he also lost his dad to the cold hands of death and also died a drunkard...." Her voice trailed off as she bowed her head and bowed a little....

" Hey!! Common favour sweetie, I'm sorry for being a bad friend " Adanna said 

"Haha how?" favour stood up from her body looking curious in total bewilderment. "

"how do you mean?" she asked further

" I just hate myself right now I wasn't there to save your dad . I wasn't there to make him stop drinking....." Adanna replied 

" Aha aha Adanna !! Stop!! what's this? see babe, if I couldn't save my dad and God couldn't who then are you to? See sweetie, I really understand how much you want the best for me but you really have to stop apportioning blames to yourself for what you know nothing about, ok?" Favour said..

A Knock at the door . They both cleaned up their eyes adding little adjustment to their faces 

"Babe are you expecting someone?" Favour asked Adanna. "No am not" she replied hastily.

Favour went for the door then. Hello. It was David and Daniel  smiling broadly at her.

Favour was cut off guard as she didn't know the right words to reply with. She stammered and signaled them to come in and have their seat without saying a word.

Adanna also greeted them holding her breath. Thoughts going through everyone's minds as they all sat down no one was ready to break the silence. Daniel decided to beak it, as he said, "Ok ladies I know what's going on through your minds. Like how did they get to know your house .. we traced you guys on a very good day" "What do you guys want?" Favour and Adanna murmured .... 

"Ok see babies we seriously mean no harm to you girls. Adanna I need you as my friend and my confidanté. I want the best for you and I want to help build you. I want us all to move on with life and don't dwell in the past. David and favour you too lost your father's make do with I and Adanna's. I and Adanna lost our mothers we would make do with you both mom's. Let's fill in the gap for each other. let's not give any room for failure and the devil to set in. We could make a better tomorrow by having a good plan. let's just ..........".  His voice trailed off as he went. Adanna went close to him touched by his concen.

"Hey you'll be good ok ?" Stop the tears we get you  soon Daniel was calm as food was prepared.

"Abeg who cooked this food" Daniel teased 

"Na me" favour replied  rolling her eye ball as not to meet David's gaze

"E sweet die"  Daniel said and they all laughed.

Soon they were done with the meals as the girls escorted them and David bought them ice cream as show of appreciation.

" WHAT A DAY! " Favour beamed aloud

EPISODE 2

Destiny and Damian, the two friends of Daniel and David have noticed the characters of their two friends lately and tried to ask, "Hey brothers, what's up with you two. I mean these days una movement I really don't understand no calls, no text, no hang outs Wassup na?".

David smiled and replied "oh no bro it's nothing just just busy schedules".

"Hmmm  busy schedules with favour right?"... Damain teased.

"Oh common bro she is just a friend no strings attached" ,David replied .

"See guys it's enough  we are just busy that's it" Daniel replied also. 

"Hmm oh ok u guys wants the girls?...." Damain had barely completed his statement when he was interrupted by Daniel. "Hey don't just complete your statement don't  go there. We don't have bad intentions with those ladies seriously and the earlier you knew the better for you both". This time, Daniel wasn't smiling at all.

Simultaneously, Destiny and Damian laughed so hard. "What are these ones saying bring girls come house make we enjoy " destiny laughed .

" Which girls do you want to enjoy. See you both should please keep off from favour and Adanna, those girls are not like other girls, they got great potentials that we want to help them build . They need lovers not deceivers. please keep off from those ladies" David said.

Daniel took up from there,  "so you guys have heard him those girls are not the kind of girls we flirt with those days. They are the kind of girls every guy will want to protect. They mean more than enough to us. And as long as I live I will do anything legal within my capacity to make them  great women in the nearest future to come. Women that will respect and be loyal to their husbands. So please guys keep off please" Daniel ended in a shaky voice.

"So what about the girls you flirt with in times past ,how about".... David interrupted, said "Hey! You know fully when  that I and Daniel didn't sleep with those girls. we just played the normal flirting and go. All these are past already we need to focus on school and God."

"It's ok. We won't come close to your girls. We promise" Destiny concluded.

"Ok , it's cool guys enough of the argument, we seeing a match today.." David changed the conversation totally to see everybody's mood.

" What team bro?" Damian asked.

" It's a club match actually. Manchester and Barcelona" David replied.

We all should go see the match and we get back together .They  hugged each other and went home to prepare for the evening match.

Hmm but good things don't last forever..........
