See What Starts With 'Men-' In Women's Health Conditions

It's known that 70% of normal and abnormal health conditions of women start with prefix "men-" or at the middle. And that's why a woman without a man will be facing some challenges such as physical, emotional, psychological etc

We advise any woman of reproductive age reading this to look for a precious man who'll relieve her of emotional stress. 

Below are the conditions that have prefix "men-" or at the middle:

MENarche- This is the first appearance of menstruation.

MENstruation- This is the monthly discharge of blood from the uterus through the vagina.

MENorrhagia- An excessive flow of the menses. It's otherwise called MENorrhoea

MENstrual cycle- the monthly cycle commencing with the first day of menstruation when the endometrium is shed, proceeding through a process of repair and hypertrophy till the next period. It's governed by the anterior pituitary gland and the ovarian hormones, oestrogen and progesterone.

MENopause- Is the cessation of menstrual cycle. It is the period when ovaries stop functioning and therefore menstruation and childbearing cease. Usually occurs between the 45th & 50th years of life. 

DysMENorrhea - Painful menstruation. In primary DysMENorrhea, the painful menstruation occuring without apparent Cause. The onset is usually shortly after puberty and occurs with each subsequent period. May be helped by hormonal therapy.

In secondary DysMENorrhea, the painful menstruation occuring in a woman who has previously had normal periods for some years. Often due to endometriosis. The condition tends to worsen as the local congestion (taking of concoctions) increases.
